The University of Mysore has completed the exam for Karnataka State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professorship on 25 July 2021. The candidates who appeared for the KSET Exams can check the results on the official website at http://kset.uni-mysore.ac.in/. Currently, KSET is conducting tests in 41 subjects.

KSET Result 2021 will be declared within two months after the exam. Candidates will be able to check Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) online by using their KSET roll number on the official website. All the important updates related to the KSET Result will be updated here once the same is released officially.

The KSET 2021 exam was postponed twice this year. Initially, it was scheduled to take place on 11 April and then on 25 April but was postponed due to the Covid-19’s outbreak across the country. Finally, the exam held on 25/08/2021 across the state.

KSET Exam 2021

Every year, a large number of candidates take part in the state eligibility test also named KSET. Candidates who qualify the KSET – 2021 are governed by the recruitment rules and regulations stipulated for the post of Assistant Professors of concerned Universities / Colleges / Institutions (Government/ Aided /Private) of the Karnataka State.

KSET Result 2021 – Calculation of scores

The KSET score is calculated using the pointers and formula listed below.

  • For every correct answer, one mark is awarded in KSET Paper 1 and 2 marks in KSET Paper 2.

  • There is no provision of negative marking for wrong answers and unanswered questions in the test.

KSET 2021 Qualifying Marks – Category Wise

The candidates are required to obtain minimum marks in aggregate of all two papers i.e. Paper – I & Paper – II for eligibility for Assistant Professor as given below:
