On 13th July 2004 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Institute of Oceanography (NIO), Dona Paula,Goa ,through its headquarters, the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research [CSIR], New Delhi and Padre Conceicao College of Engineering ( PCCE), Agnel Technical Education Complex, Verna,Goa.

NIO is involved in research, consultancy, education and training in all the disciplines of oceanography and allied fields at its headquarters and regional centres in India. Whereas pcce is involved in academics, training and research.

Scope of the MOU:

1. Student projects, training and research in mutually agreed areas of cooperation.

2. Workshops on topics of mutual interest.

3. Training of staff.

4. Study tours for students

The MOU was signed between Dr.Satish R. Shetye , Director NIO and Rev Fr. P. M Rodrigues , Director , PCCE

2. EMC² Padre Conceicao College of Engineering

On 10^th February 2008 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the EMC (Benelux)B.V. SARL, a subsidiary of EMC Corporation, to join the EMC Academic Alliance program( EAA), Bangalore(India) and Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE), Agnel Technical Education Complex, Verna, Goa

EMC Academy Program focuses :

EMC Academy program was developed to support and enable academic institutions to deliver storage technology education to students enrolled in technology degree programs. From the education provided, a student will gain the necessary knowledge to understand how to design a storage solution.
An Instructor Preparedness program to allow faculty the opportunity to take full advantage of the training resources.
The backbone of this program is a world class certification program – The EMC Proven Professional program. Currently, an EMC Certification is a top-ranked certification according to studies conducted by Certification Magazine.

3. Dlink ,India, Ltd Padre Conceicao College of

Engineering

On 25^th August 2005 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Dlink,India Ltd,Verna Goa ,and Central Library of Padre Conceicao College of Engineering (PCCE), Agnel Technical Education Complex, Verna,Goa

Dlink (India)Ltd is a multinational Company ,manufacturing computer networking products having its manufacturing facilities at Verna. Whereas pcce is involved in academics, training and research.

Scope of the MOU:

1. D-link employees can avail of the PCCE library facilities.

2. Student projects

3. Workshops on topics of mutual interest.

4. Study tours for students.
