Brief History

The college is named after Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues, a patriot and founder of Agnel Ashram, who died in 1984 after making a notable contribution in the field of Technical Education of the at national level.It is remembered that then Director of Technical Education of the State of Maharastra, Prof. G. Kadu in his oration at the funeral of Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues, called him a Saint of Technical Education.

The college was established in the year 1997 to meet the growing needs of technical man power of Goa as well as in other parts of the country. It is the only private engineering college in the State of Goa, being run on self financing concept. The college imparts technical education that is practical oriented with emphasis on self employment.

Large green campus has been developed with well maintained greenery and beautiful gardens.

Degree Programmes

The college conducts 4 Year Degree programmes in the fields of Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ETC Engineering and Information Technology.

The Engineers passing out from this Institution are envisaged to be of high standards, very proficient to occupy various positions in Industries. The management with the Director of Fr. Agnel Technical Complex, will strive hard to impart value based education and develop an integrated personality in Engineers and Technocrats passing out through its portals as it is done in other technical institutes in the complex.

The college is affiliated to Goa University, Taleigao Goa, and all the programmes are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Our Location

By Road: The college is conveniently situated on National Highway 17 at Verna between the Panaji and Margao cities. It is about 5 Kms (3.2 miles) from the Margao Bus Station and 27 Kms (17 miles) from Panaji Bus Station. Our College is also located very close to the Electronic City at Verna.

By Rail: The college is about 8 Kms (5 miles) from Margao Railway Station.

By Air: The college is 18 Kms (11.5 miles) from Dabolim Airport at Vasco, Goa.
